"Balloon Ride", oil on panel, 6"x 6" unframed, 8"x 8" framed
One beautiful fall day, shortly after we moved into our house in Chester Springs, PA, I was in my studio with the windows open. I was preoccupied with something when I heard the loudest, most unusual sound outside. I ran from window to window looking for the source and behold! There was a ginormous hot air balloon almost in my backyard!! The sound came from the whoosh of hot air being released into the balloon. It was so UBER cool.
