Sometimes it's fun to explore a more abstract expressionist approach to painting a still life. I do like to mix things up a bit and therefore I create art in metal and enamel, too. This little painting was an experiment - try not to get too attached to rendering form, but play with texture, color, and shapes. I will likely experiment with this technique a bit more (because it was so much fun!).
